I then turned on my laptop with the wireless off. On my second Screen i had a RDS going with outlook running in Online mode, and i 'watched' the files get removed and then outlook crashed. Sure enough, all of MY custom searches and defined favorites were clearedĪnd reset to defaults. So as a test, I ran outlook 2010 from my work desktop using the switch. I did not (at first) believe that this option would have such a huge effect on my co-worker's outlook profile. E.G Searches only show 'unread mail' and favorites only have 'Inbox, Unread mail, trash, sent items' everything else is removed that was there before. I also did not read in that single sentence that it would delete allĬustom searches and defined favorites, and reset them to defaults.
